For pop fans, here is the newest album from Britney Spears.  Although it’s not due in stores until December, there was a rip a few days ago by FJORTiSO, that I assume was a web-rip, because the latest one, by ESC, is marked as retail.  If you don’t have the previous version, I’m assuming this one is a higher quality, so enjoy.

Circus is the seventh album by Britney Spears. It rolls into town on the heels of an MTV VMA awards sweep, where Britney walked away with three Moonmen awards for ‘Video of the Year’, ‘Best Female’ and ‘Best Pop Video’ for ‘Piece Of Me’. Circus is the follow up to her critically well received album, Blackout, just in in time for her 27th birthday. The lead single, ‘Womanizer’ (produced by the up and coming Atlanta production team The Outsyders) has already created a frenzy amongst Britney fantaics, radio and the media alike-underscoring Britney’s continued reign as one of the Queens of Pop.

This should be a treat for Weezer fans. Cuomo, a year after releasing Alone, releases the sequel. Although I haven’t listened to this one, I liked the original.  Although some of the songs and a lot of the recordings were kind of rough, there was plenty to like in the collection of songs.  Here’s hoping that this set is the same way.  Thanks to FNT for the pre.

Rivers Cuomo, Weezer’s front-man & song-writer, released some of his home recordings earlier in 2008. The release was so successful that he has decided to release even more. Includes demo tracks written from 1992-2007, a cover of the Beach Boys’ song “Don’t Worry Baby”, & the three song mini suite from the highly sought after “Songs from the Black Hole”. Great addition to any Weezer fan’s collection.

Another album a lof of people have been waiting for, the new album by Ludacris. 14 Rap songs, co-starring a lot of popular names;)

Ludacris is gearing up for a multi-tiered and mutli-faceted plan to introduce his newest release to his fans. There are plans to rollout consecutive new singles and videos leading up to the November 25th release of THEATER OF THE MIND, the most important album ever recorded by Disturbing Tha Peace CEO and DTP/Def Jam recording artist Ludacris.

The unprecedented schedule got underway last week (Oct. 14th) when the song “Undisputed,” went up on iTunes, followed this week by the premiere of the video for “Undisputed,” which co-stars boxing champion Floyd “Money” Mayweather. On October 20th, the second new single “One More Drink” co-starring T-Pain impacted radio formats, in advance of going up on iTunes. In between, on Oct. 23rd, Ludacris will perform on the annual syndicated BET’s Hip Hop Awards ‘08 and on October 24th, Ludacris will perform on MTV’s Veteran’s concert live from Nokia Theater. The “One More Drink” video premiere will then take place on Election Day, Nov. 4th.

Chinese Democracy is the upcoming sixth studio album by American rock band Guns N’ Roses, to be released worldwide on November 23, 2008 and in the United Kingdom on November 24, 2008. Once released, it will be their first studio album since 1993’s “The Spaghetti Incident?”, and their first album of original studio material since the simultaneous release of Use Your Illusion I and II in September 1991. Retail store chain Best Buy will exclusively sell the album in the United States.

Group MTD released a not exactly new album from Frank Zappa few hours ago. One Shot Deal is available in stores from the mid of June, but there hasn’t been a proper scene release yet. If you want to enjoy some great retro rock tunes, this is a guaranteed quality.

Following guitarist-composer Frank Zappa’s death 15 years ago, a lot of impressive unreleased ore has been hacked from the Zappa mines. The latest is the ‘70s stuff collected on “One Shot Deal” and a DVD of a 1981 concert, “The Torture Never Stops.”

The Police were a three-piece rock band consisting of Sting (vocals, bass guitar), Andy Summers (guitar, vocals) and Stewart Copeland (drums, percussion, vocals). The band became globally popular in the early 1980s, playing a style of rock that was influenced by jazz, punk and reggae music. Their 1983 album, Synchronicity, was number one in the UK and the US and sold over 8,000,000 copies in the US. The band broke up in 1984, but reunited in early 2007 for a one-off world tour lasting until August 2008, in celebration of the 30th anniversary of their hit single “Roxanne” and also, to a lesser extent, that of their formation as a group. To date, The Police have sold more than 50 million albums worldwide, and were the highest earning musicians in the world during 2008, as a result of their reunion tour. Rolling Stone ranked The Police number 70 on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
