Ok so I have a G4 iBook that I use as my play computer and my mod book... I just dyed the top case
and the bottom case (also the battery cover) all black and I changed the apple to red! It looks
really sweet and it matches my backpack... Ok well I just read about a guy that wants to take out
his optical drive out and put another hard drive in, and my question is... Would that be possible
with my iBook?!? It is a early 2004 ibook g4 1.07 GHz, 768 MB RAM, and a small 30 gig hard drive! I
would love to add more hard drive space without having to go through the hassle of finding a way to
transfer all of my data on this hard drive to another! Anybody have any ideas or information for
me?

I just upgraded to Parallels 4.0 today. The only reason I need Windows on my Mac is to run this IRC
called Chillvision, where I can exchange karaoke music with other karaoke people like myself.
The IRC itself is pretty ridiculous, because there are a million things that need to be done before
you can get voiced on the server. After trying it several times I finally thought I had gotten
something accomplished when I figured how to take off the firewall of Parallels. I restarted
everything and then it STILL didn't work.
I am not sure if anyone has messed with this particular IRC before but I was wondering if someone
could maybe help me out with what they think be the problem. Why would I not be able to log onto a
server when all the other requirements are met, and it's telling me it's a firewall problem and I
do not even have the firewall on on Parallels.
Thanks in advance and sorry if this seems a bit eccentric and vague.

It might have meant nothing when Radical CEO Kelly Zmak told us that "he'd love to show [us] all 12
hours of Prototype." Maybe he didn't mean that the average gamer would get 12 hours out of
the game. Maybe that's the time he's shaved his speed runs down to, maybe he just misspoke, we
don't know.
But, for what it's worth, he mentioned 12 hours and Prototype, and we're delivering that
knowledge factory fresh to your dome. Do with it what you will.

The ink is still drying from Gateway's introduction of the
MD / UC
Series, but already both machines have been thoroughly tested and reviewed. Starting with the more
mainstream MD7801u, Gateway trimmed a number of features in hopes of producing a lower-cost machine
that bargain-minded buyers would take interest in. To that end, there was nothing really remarkable
about the MD, but that's exactly what the company was going for; all in all, it ended up as a
solid, well-rounded rig that should handle basic tasks with ease. Moving down (size wise, anyway),
the UC was deemed "incredibly stylish," and it was found to be impressive in pretty much every
testable aspect. Of course, it won't handle gaming or hardcore video editing, but given the $799
price tag, we know you weren't expecting it to. Feel 'em both out in the read links below.

I'm set on getting a 3.2 GHz, 8-core Intel Xeon-based Mac Pro.
1) It is my understanding that this is Apples best desktop computer-is this true?
2) In the buyers guide section of this site, it recommends not to buy because an update is
available soon. It also says it was updated Jan 8th?
3) I would really appreciate anybody's advice on to buy or not to buy. And why. Thank you.

In my place att doesn't have any restrictions whatsoever on how much data you use in your phone...
