The school is arguing that their logo looks nothing like the Apple logo and is asking for opinions from the online community. They acknowledge that they can not fight this in court, but want your opinion anyway.

So I was eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new 3.06Ghz, 4GB, 1TB 24" iMac, which arrived via Fed Ex on Friday. I unbox it only to find a dent on the base. Looked like it was banged in to the corner of a desk or wall or something. Anyway, totally disappointed, can't understand how Apple would allow this to get through their QC.

Apple is sending out a new one this week, I hope it arrives in good shape.
Just curious if anyone else has seen similar QC issues with their machines?
