El abogado José Emilio Rodríguez Menéndez, que estaba huido de la justicia tras fugarse durante un permiso penitenciario, fue arrestado ayer por la tarde en el barrio de Palermo, una zona residencial de alto poder adquisitivo de Buenos Aires. Rodríguez Menéndez estaba en busca y captura desde que no regresó el pasado 22 de agosto a la cárcel coruñesa de Teixeiro -en la que cumplía una condena por defraudar a la Hacienda Pública- tras un permiso de cuatro días. En el momento de ser detenido, cuando salía de su residencia, el letrado iba acompañado de su esposa, Vanessa Palomar, y no ha opuesto resistencia. Ella sí que ha increpado a los agentes.
