Nous terminerons aujourd'hui avec une nouvelle version de cet émulateur PC-Engine pour Windows. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
- The processing of the LFO function of a built-in sound was brought close to a real machine. In "Hanii In The Sky", "Flash Hiders", "Forgotten Worlds", and "Juuouki", etc., the effect sound has approached a real machine.
- The CPU(HuC6280) processing part was sped up a little. I think that processing lightened in some measure with the not fast personal computer.
- The access timing of CD-ROM was brought close to a real machine more. In the continue screen of "Dragon Slayer - The Legend of Heroes", when you use fast CD-ROM drive, the problem that had stopped occasionally was solved.
- The timing of the raster interrupt processing was brought close to the movement of a real machine. In the third stage of "Daimakaimura", the bug that the line had flickered (generated from recent version) was corrected.
- Additionally, a detailed part has been improved and corrected.

ABC cancels Pushing Daisies

Quote: Bryan Fuller's quirky crime-stopping dramedy is cut from ABC's schedule, say reports; could a Pushing Daisies movie happen?

Pace and Friel were a dynamic duo.
This news sucks so much, I don't even feel like starting off with "The facts were these…" But, the sad fact is this: Pushing Daisies has been cancelled. Online reports blew up late last over the unique program's demise, with creator Bryan Fuller confirming the cancellation to E! Online.

"To be honest, I'm really not feeling very boo-hoo about it," Fuller told the site. "I am so proud of the show. We put together 22 really good episodes, and there is a lot to be proud of. I'm sure I'll be working with a lot of these people again, and I would love to do so."

Daisies had been on the ropes almost all season, posting disappointing numbers despite being praised by critics (and me) and developing a passionate fan base. ABC will air all 13 episodes produced this season before the lights fade out forever.

Pushing Daisies stars Lee Pace as Ned, a pie-maker with the unusual gift of being able to reanimate the dead with a touch, and send them back to their maker with another touch. However, if the newly undead stay undead for longer than a minute, someone else dies… for good. Ned meets Emerson Cod (Chi McBride), a money-hungry private detective, and the two team up to solve murders using Ned's ability to ask the victims. And if that wasn't complicated enough, Ned brings his childhood crush back to life, and the two form a relationship that requires them not to touch. Phew.

According to Fuller, the 13th (and final) episode of this season (and series) ends on a cliffhanger, and Fuller has every intention of seeing this story resolve itself. He's working with DC Comics to get some Pushing Daisies comics made to tie loose ends, but he's also got bigger ideas.

"…We are talking to DC Comics about doing comic books that will wrap up our storylines, and I already have a pitch for a movie ready to go," said Fuller.

The super-talented Fuller has also been rumored to return to his pre-Daisies gig--as writer for Heroes.

So what did Daisies in? All signs point to fallout from the writers strike and ABC's idea to not bring the show back until this season. Shows that did return after the strike have flourished this season, and those that didn't, are, well… pushing daisies.

Who was your first "hero" in life?: This one is tricky. I'm finding myself debating the merits of the "hero" in North American culture, how the idea of a hero has become perverted and maligned, we no longer have a sense of the original intent or meaning of the word. Not unlike many initially positive and unbinding social constructs it seems to have become a method solely by which to propagate product; to create desire for that product unbeknownst to the consumer. More recently the product has been removed from tangibility, it now resides as ephemera, particularly useful when populations need to be convinced of or swayed towards certain ideologies. I am thinking specifically of the onslaught of comic book superhero movies that have been accosting every man woman and child in the last 6 or 7 years. The all rely on the same formula, the use of an underdog, a freak accident or occurrence beyond their control, the never ending countdown, the false humility..ect..ect. I suppose what concerns me the most is that these scenarios are played out with such frequent repetition and magnitude that the effect they must be having on the children and youth of today is incalculable. Anyway.....never really had any heroes, if I had to name one it would be Eric Blair. His work got me through some really hard times as a teen, and still amazes me with its almost prophetic accuracy.
What is your favorite thing to do on your day off from work?: I don't take days off.
What is your favorite color?: i know its not a colour..black.
Who (or what) do you love?: Kaia, animals, children who aren't afraid ( harder to come by these days...;{....) old folks who aren't angry, the forest, riding my bike really fast, making a good piece of art (rare), Europe, film cameras, making music, singing, playing piano, dreaming ( if they are good dreams) old blues, boy sopranos, being inspired, anything antique that is mechanical, hand tools.....ummm...lots of stuff..hahhaha!

The Renaissance, David Hockney, Caravaggio, Attila Richard Lukacs, Rick Owens, Chuck Close, Arvo Part, Eric Satie, David Lynch, Gus Van Sant, James Dean, Bernini, B/W film photography, Carl Jung, Carlos Castaneda, George Orwell, Shakespeare, Jimi Hendrix, William Blake.... there are so many. too many.

Currently ..Elbow Toe and Conor Harrington...sooo far ahead of the curve. These ones you might have to Google, but its worth it...Office Supplies Incorporated, Graeme Berglund, Jeff Petry, Todd Duym, Meghan Patterson, Ronan Boyle, Tom Anselmi.

Wooster: What other talent would most like to have?

I guess I'm pretty lucky in that department, I have pretty much all the ones I want. I do regret not taking ballet lessons when I was a kid, I think it's absolutely beautiful. I'd like to be able to dance like Baryshnikov. That would be really cool.

The power of my mind.

En el caso de strongPushing Daisies/strong ha sido el propio showrunner, Bryan Fuller, el que ha confirmado la noticia. Pero también ha comentado que no se va a dar por vencido y de momento ya está negociando la strongposibilidad de realizar un cómic/strong con una conclusión a las tramas abiertas que se dejan pendientes en el último episodio, que al parecer no serán pocas. Como dato curioso también a destacar, es que hoy por hoy y a la vista de la cancelación, es muy probable que strongBryan Fuller vuelva a Heroes/strong, donde ya ejerció como co-productor ejecutivo y guionista en su primera temporada./p pEn el caso de strongEli Stone/strong y strongDirty Sexy Money/strong, no tenemos mucha información salvo que el equipo y los responsables de la serie ya han sido avisados de que sus series no continuarán. Aún así, strongacabarán de rodar/strong los uno o dos episodios que les faltan para llegar a los trece que habían sido encargados y strongde momento siguen en parrilla/strong, así que crucemos los dedos para que no las retiren prematuramente y podamos ver así el final de las mismas./p pHay que reconocer que, si bien es verdad que las audiencias de estas tres series eran bastante flojas, también fueron de las que más sufrieron el año pasado la huelga de guionistas. Sus primeras temporadas tuvieron strongmuy pocos episodios/strong como para llegar a enganchar al público en general, y para colmo sufrieron un strongparón de demasiados meses/strong.
