La réponse est tout naturellement "Attraper Oussama ben Laden". Bigard en profite alors pour
se lancer dans une démonstration :
Bigard : Ben Laden, il est mort de puis longtemps [...] je ne sais pas si vous avez déjà

Change. C’est le truc auquel on a accès sur Internet. On est absolument sûr et
certain maintenant que les deux avions qui sont écrasés soit disant dans la forêt et
au Pentagone n’existent pas, il n’y a jamais eu d’avions, ces deux avions volent
encore, c’est un mensonge absolument énorme, et qu’il est vraisemblable que de
plus en plus on enquête là-dessus -il y a un Français d’ailleurs qui a mis la
puce à l’oreille à tout le monde, qui avait fait un livre, l’Effroyable Imposture, et que l’on commence à penser très
sérieusement que ni al-Qaïda et ni aucun ben Laden n’a été responsable
des attentats du 11
Septembre.
Ruquier : Vraiment vous pensez ça ?
Bigard : Non mais y a un peu près douze à treize sujets à regarder absolument qui
sont d’ailleurs plus ou moins bidouillés pour qu’on puisse plus entendre le son et
tout ça. Y a un mec, David Ray Griffin, qui fait des conférences en ce moment aux
Etats-Unis, c’est hallucinant. Si vous regardez ça, vous ne croyez plus jamais à
rien.

passionnant

Bigard (coupant Ruquier) : Ah non non, mais c’est quand même un peu près le
même sujet : il est juste très très vraisemblable que la version officielle
américaine ne correspond tellement pas à la réalité. Ils refusent tellement de
montrer... Pourquoi ils ne montrent pas les caméras de surveillance, ils ont (tout)
intérêt à nous montrer un avion qui frappe le Pentagone ! Non, c’est un
missile américain qui frappe le Pentagone, tout simplement. Donc ils l’ont provoqué
eux-mêmes, ils ont tué des Américains. On apprend la vérité toujours une
trentaine d’années après, mais là on la sait maintenant. C’est
absolument hallucinant.
Interruption de Ruquier : vous croyez ça Alfonsi? Il n’a pas l’air
d’accord...
Alfonsi : J’ai vu ces films, ils sont tout à fait extraordinaires d’ailleurs,
c’est troublant quand vous regardez ces films qui sont tournés par des canadiens je
crois, c’est troublant, il y a une démonstration, le plus troublant sur les Tours
Jumelles, c’est...
Bigard : c’est une démolition contrôlée !
Alfonsi : Qu’ils se soient servis de ça pour ensuite faire leur guerre en Irak, et faire
toute... et prendre la population américaine en main et faire réussir (Bigard :
Absolument !) la politique de M. Bush ça c’est certain, j’en suis sûr. Y a un
truc très troublant dans ces films, moi... je ne crois pas à cette idée du
complot.
Bigard : Vous êtes d’accord que c’est une démolition programmée, les
tours du World Trade Center ? Mais tous les spécialistes de la terre sont d’accord
là-dessus.
Alfonsi : Non, là je ne vous suis pas du tout là-dessus.

Michael Moore’s latest documentary film, Slacker Uprising, is set to be available
for free on the Internet. Does this signal a change in the movie industry or just Moore’s
desire to see Obama in the White House?
When Radiohead released their latest album, In Rainbows, for free over the Internet last
year, it was seen as a forward-thinking step which could revolutionise the way music is
distributed.
Changing The Status Quo?
The album did well, but most people still ended up downloading it via less legal means. And the
experiment didn’t really do anything to end the monopoly that the big record companies
enjoy.
Could film-maker Michael Moore do any better in persuading the movie industry that there is an
alternative to releasing movies in to cinemas?

Michael Moore, known for his hard-hitting documentaries attacking the status quo, is releasing
Slacker Uprising for free on the Internet
before it gets released on DVD.
The 97-minute-long film will be available to watch on BlipTV
for three weeks starting from September 23rd. It will then be released on DVD on October 7th
through Amazon and Netflix.

Get Bush Out!
Slacker Uprising is a film following Michael Moore’s 62-city tour around the US
swing states in the build-up to the 2004 US Presidential Election. Moore wanted Bush out and
democrat John Kerry in.
While Moore’s hope wasn’t fulfilled, the documentary is now being released for free
over the Internet in order to reach as many people as possible before this year’s US
Presidential Election between
Barack Obama and John McCain.
Moore Speaks
Moore released a statement explaining the move:
“This is being done entirely as a gift to my fans. The only return any of us are hoping
for is the largest turnout of young voters ever at the polls in November. I think Slacker Uprising
will inspire (millions) to get off the couch and give voting a chance.”
The film cost an estimated $2 million to make, and Moore thinks that this method of release will
end up costing him $1 million. But neither Moore or the distributor, Brave New Films, plan to
profit from the release.
Conclusions
This is an intriguing development, especially as Moore could have guaranteed a pay day by
releasing this film in cinemas. He has instead decided to give his fans a present in the hope of
inspiring more people to vote.
This comes just a week after No End In Sight was announced as being the first
widely-released feature film to be
screened in its entirety on YouTube.
Will this revolutionise the movie industry? Not a chance. But it does at least show the Web is
becoming a more accepted form of distribution for long-form content.
