Hackint0sh - iPod Touch -
23 hours and 40 minutes ago
Hi all,
Excuse my ignorance in regards to terminology.
I have a 3g iPhone and I used pwnagetool to jailbreak it. It didn't require an unlock as I got it
on an OPTUS contract.
I want to update to the 2.2 firmware. Can I simply connect to itunes and upgrade? Or do I need to
restore/virginise first?
I don't want to bother with jailbreaking in future as I never personally seems to use any of
cydia/installer apps. Going legit from now on (its just a lot easier and less time consuming for
me)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Ok. I'm mad.
So I decide I should update to 2.2. The features sounded pretty cool, and I really wanted the new
podcast over the air thing. So I set to restoring, and it gave me an unknown error, said it
couldn't be restored. No biggie, I said to myself. This happens all the time! So I tried a second
time. And a third. And it didn't work. Has anyone had this problem? The exact message is: "The iPod
"iPod" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2005).
Please help?
Thanks in advance
EDIT: Just to clarify. I'm using a legit Apple Mac running 10.4 (with all those hackintoshes, I
fell it needs to be said now....) Oh, if it matters, 2.0 GHz C2D, one gig of ram.

PlayStation 3 -

Celebrating the PS3's second birthday, a href="http://ps3.qj.net/tags/sony/880" id="tag"
title="Father of PlayStation"Sony/a caused quite a stir last Tuesday when it announced that the a
href="http://ps3.qj.net/tags/playstation-network/10982" id="tag" title="Sony's live
network"PlayStation Network/a has attained 14 million active users, matching the year-older Xbox
Live's 14 million subscriber base.brbr"Seeing as PlayStation Portable does include PlayStation
Network services (i.e. games store natively on PSP), yes those numbers do include all PlayStation
Network registrations," said a Sony rep. To prevent dupes, Sony does not deem PS3 and PSP accounts
as separate.brbrAs to the exact figure of how many users the've got, Sony refuses to give a
specific number, but instead continued to toot the PSN horn, "We've seen an increase in unique
[PS3] consoles registered for PSN compared to the sell through rate, which means we are seeing more
PlayStation 3 owners who didn't previously register, do so lately, based on the new features we've
added to PSN, such as Video Store and Trophies," the rep said.brbrp style="text-align: center;"a

IDC game industry analyst a href="http://ps3.qj.net/tags/billy-pidgeon/12345" id="tag" title="IDC

2008. However, only 50 of PS3s have logged into the PSN, compared to the Xbox 360 having 60 going
live.brbrSince Sony announced selling 17 million PS3s worldwide, Pidgeon estimates that there are
only 8.5 PS3-based PSN users. "Remember, though, they're not claiming that every account is a
connected PS3," he pointed out.brbrhr style="width: 100 ; height: 2px;"brspan style="font-style:

Hello,
Im kinda new to this whole mac thing and so far its been great!
right now i've been having a problem with dreamweaver CS4.
i installed dreamweaver CS4 and entered a legit beta cd-key, when the program tried to open, a
window appeared and told me "Your license has expired". so then i uninstalled dreamweaver and
spotlighted and deleted all the remaining dreamweaver affiliated files.
Then i Reinstalled dreamweaver and selected the 30-day trial option, when i tried to run the
program again the same message appeared "Your license has expired". so i know i need to delete some
kind of registry file or stray file, but i just dont know where to look
can anyone advice me? i need to use dreamweaver bad for a final project on school and its due
thursday!
Thanks in advance =)
sorry for the bad grammar but english is my second lenguage
