On both my PSPs (fat and slim), I have 5.00 M33 firmware installed. Awesome firmware that it is, I can't boot Resident Evil 3 anymore (it's a PS1 game), but I used to before the update. When I try to boot it up, it says
The game could not be started.

Is this a common problem or am I missing something? I have no plugins running.

Guess I'm a kid again, but my son hadn't played with his PSP for some time, so I did some toying around, then learned all about CFW and homebrew apps. I'm having the time of my life with it. SO I got my own used PSP and updated it and now at 5.01 m33. I'm into Astronomy, wifi searching and some games. I have MapThis app and having a couple of minor issues. I love the fact that I can have GPS, (I have the PSP290 for it) and its cool using the MapThis for GPS. The one thing I have a problem with is that it locks up on me sometimes. Anyone else with this app have this problem, other than that, its a cool program. I also have Satfinder Portable, PSPMaps that I am playing around with too. thanks :)
