Le Fédération PS de Seine-Maritime s'est insurgée contre les propos de Manuels Valls qui avait noté "une progression très importante" de Ségolène Royal dans toutes les fédérations, sauf dans le Nord et la Seine-Maritime, fiefs respectifs de Martine Aubry et Laurent Fabius...

La région a annoncé cet important investissement sur dix ans, destiné à faire du 10e port de pêche français un levier économique régional majeur. George Frêche, président du conseil régional, a souligné à l'occasion de cette annonce que le port de Sète "bénéficie d'une position stratégique et d'une accessibilité exceptionnelle ".
