src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2008/10/mbp.jpg" alt="" /br //div Well the
rumoratti has certainly been working overtime today when it comes to Apple, so we've decided to
bundle all the news that's currently doing the rounds into one tasty and nutritious post.br /br
/First up, there are new -- and quite detailed -- pictures out of what appears to be those MacBook
and MacBook Pro casings a
href="http://www.engadget.com/2008/10/09/more-pics-of-apples-supposed-new-laptops-surface/"we saw/a
during a
href="http://www.engadget.com/2008/10/08/brick-macbook-pro-leaked-in-up-close-spy-shot/"the week/a.
Again, we can't 100 percent confirm that these are the real deal, but they certainly have that
Air-meets-MacBook hybrid quality to them that would suggest we're looking at the next iteration of
the line.br /br /Secondly, Apple has gone and published a support document for the "MacBook/MacBook
Pro (Late 2008)" -- which suggests (gasp!) that there might be some late 2008 refreshes in our
future. Oh really? Weird.br /br / div align="center"img vspace="4" hspace="4" border="1"
src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2008/10/101226-macb_400.png" alt="" /br //div br
/Rounding out the excitement, emAppleInsider/em "confirms" a
href="http://www.engadget.com/2008/10/10/new-macbooks-to-be-based-on-nvidia-geforce-9400-9300-chipsets/"the
rumor/a that the new MacBooks will jettison the integrated Intel graphics which previous models
have used in favor of NVIDIA's MCP79 platform. The new GPUs apparently use a new set of GeForce
9300 and 9400 chips that will make previous performance look archaic by comparison. Additionally,
according to hotshot Mac rumor specialist a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/KevinRose/"Kevin
Rose/a, the new systems will support Blu-ray drives, thus finally allowing you to watch season 4 of
emLost/em the way the lord intended it.br /br /As with all rumors, you can never really know which
one of these is going to stick, but luckily we won't have to a
href="http://www.engadget.com/2008/10/09/apple-notebook-event-is-on-october-14th/"wait very long/a
to get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, feel free to peruse the various links below and soak
in the sweet, sweet gossip.br /br /[Thanks to everyone who sent this in]br /br /a

Okay I know its comming out in two days but I am curious to hear everyone's wish list for the new
macbook. I have a few of mine I decided to share
- Aluminum case it just looks so sharp and i love it (i know ive seen the pictures and its probably
going to happen but its totally sweet)
- Dedicated Video card. I know it may not happen but if they had it with the higher end models that
would be awsome.
- Blu ray drive (i know it may just be for the MBP but what a great seller that would be)
- Bluetooth first row remote ( now i am just getting pickey but that be a great feature)
Just a few i had everyone else throw in your two cents. Dont get me wrong i wouldnt expect to get
that all for the 800 dollar price point but for the higher end macbook i would see myself dropping
the 1400 dollars for those features.

 Evil monolith Apple has begun a
nefarious program to snatch children from the warm arms of their home PCs with ominous-sounding
"field trips." These trips do lead to a field, but not one with grass and trees and sunshine. This
is a field of glass, of white plastic, of aluminum, and of shameful minimalism.
Sure, Apple has its shiny white coating of education. The (apparently free) one-hour trip can
accommodate up to 25 impressionable youngsters. "Let the children create projects using
easy-to-understand software like iMovie and iPhoto!" the site exclaims. "Or they can bring in a
project they've already created and turn our store into a theater," the site explains. "Free
t-shirts!" furthers the site. Well, Apple, let me tell you this. I will not "bring my enthusiasm,"
and I will not let you "bring the rest." Children should frolic in parks, not museum-like
electronics shops. The t-shirts do look sort of sweet, though. [ TUAW]

(We first saw it back at Sundance, but the indie drama Good Dick is opening this weekend in
limited release. So here's a reprint of our review from last January.)
By: Scott Weinberg
Yes, the title of the movie is "Good Dick," no, there's no character named Dick in the film, and
yes, I definitely think that the flick's eventual distributor will change it to something a little
less, well, tacky. But I believe a brave distributor will come along and show this fine
little film some love -- despite its frequent proclivity for very frank and seriously explicit sex
talk. Fortunately, the film comes from a very sincere and heartfelt place, which makes the few
"uncomfortable" moments perfectly acceptable ... and frequently quite fascinating.
Jason Ritter and fantastic newcomer Marianna Palka star as a pair of unnamed twenty-somethings
who don't "meet cute," don't fall madly in love, and don't really get along all that well -- yet
they still make for one of the most fascinating on-screen movie couples in quite some time. "He" is
a homeless video store clerk who has a desperate yearning for some romantic contact. "She" is a
seriously unhappy young woman who seems to have a strong affection for hardcore pornography. "He,"
for some strange-yet-sweet reason, can see through her powerfully unpleasant exterior -- and he
seems to be well and truly smitten with this dysfunctional female. "She" claims to have no
affection whatsoever for her new sorta-boyfriend, but she also welcomes him into her apartment (and
bed) time and time again. Oh, but she won't get physical. At all.

//div La Fonera a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/fon/"fans/a, it's finally time to celebrate.
Iteration 2.0, which is fittingly dubbed the Liberator, is at long last ready for shipment... to
developers, at least. The La Fonera 2.0 box will certainly look familiar to owners a
href="http://www.engadget.com/2007/06/04/fons-new-la-fonera-hits-fcc/"of the first/a, with just
1,000 of these being prepped for consumers in France, Germany and Spain. The intention here is for
devs to start toying around and "programming their own applications for other Foneros out there."
More specifically, the creators are hoping that more USB functionality will be worked in so we'll
eventually have Fonera WiFi boxes that play nice with USB hard drives, printers, scanners, webcams
and all manners of a

the challenge. Oh, and if you design an application sweet enough for the Fonera 2.0, you'll be
reimbursed the purchase price -- not bad, eh?br /br /[Via a

the warm arms of their home PCs with ominous-sounding "field trips." These trips do lead to a
field, but not one with grass and trees and sunshine. This is a field of glass, of white plastic,
of aluminum, and of shameful minimalism./p pSure, Apple has its shiny white coating of education.
The (apparently free) one-hour trip can accommodate up to 25 impressionable youngsters. "Let the
children create projects using easy-to-understand software like iMovie and iPhoto!" the site
exclaims. "Or they can bring in a project they've already created and turn our store into a
theater," the site explains. "Free t-shirts!" furthers the site. Well, Apple, let me tell you this.
I will not "bring my enthusiasm," and I will not let you "bring the rest." Children should frolic
in parks, not museum-like electronics shops. The t-shirts do look sort of sweet, though. [a

Hello!
I have been using windows since I was 5. I have been through most of the Window's OS's. 95, 98, ME,
XP, and now Vista. And boy, have windows gone through some changes. Currently I have a crap desktop
that I use for basic web browsing, email, video, chat etc. As for my laptop, I have a 17" WXGA+
High Definition BrightView Widescreen, HP Dual Core, 4GB RAM DDR2, Vista 32bit (soon to be 64bit),
2.0Ghz, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M.
My HP has never failed me yet as well as vista. I have most of Adobe's software such as PS CS3,
Premiere, Illustrator, etc...
I think my HP is a really good laptop and doesnt really need to be upgraded. Its pretty powerful
enough, except for the graphics card. But I was thinking about switching to mac. The reason I want
to switch is because I really want Final Cut, and PC is incompatible. This is the main reason why I
want to switch. And the OS is pretty sweet. So if i switched to a mac, would my life be more
powerful?
Can I get some advantages and disadvantages between my laptop and maybe a MB or a MBP.

Ex Girlfriend Pictures -

Whoa! What a little attention grabber. She definitely has me attention; both in and out of her
clothes. She’s not the type of woman I would bring home to meet Mom, but I would be up for
a wild fling without a second thought. I’m not usually into the real glamorous types, but
something about this one I really like. Plus, I can’t help but respect a woman who cares
about her appearance. Of course, I’m sure a lot of it has to do with the fact that
she’s naked; spreading her smooth, tiny legs and penetrating her own sweet, little pussy.
On the other hand, her plastic surgeon should be ashamed of himself!
Tyson had the privilege of bedding this sexy, little babe. He says he has a “weakness
for busty, bleach-blonde bimbos” and the his ex girlfriend was exactly that. She was
sweet and bubbly, and she loved nothing more to dress-up in sexy, trampy or revealing outfits to
pose naked for him or for a strip tease, and then for a roll between the sheets. Tyson was with
her for close to two years before they went their separate ways. He told me there was not one
particular reason for their break-up. It just had run it’s course.
