Linux.com: "Mounting and unmounting filesystems used to be straightforward in
GNU/Linux. A basic knowledge of the mount command or some editing of /etc/fstab in a text editor
and you were done. However, with the addition of udev in the 2.6 kernel for autoplugging, and the
demand for hotswapping USB devices, along with the increased use of logical volume managers and
other complications, the process is now more complicated -- perhaps too complicated for many among
the growing number of desktop users. That is where graphical mount managers such as Forelex Mount
Manager, PySDM, and MountManager find their niche."

hspace="4" vspace="2"/One look at this conglomeration and you pretty much know it's from Brando.
Their latest clunky tech masterpiece is officially named a USB Notebook Cooling Pad + 3-Port Hub +
2.5" HDD./p pAt its core, the system is a dual-fan USB-powered laptop cooler with extra USB ports.
Enter Brando, and this simple device gets injected with a rear-loaded 2.5" SATA hard drive dock to
add extra storage. It's hard to believe that the average laptop USB port can power two fans, a SATA
drive and three additional USB devices, but it looks like there's AC power to back up the system
(the product description was a bit light on this point). /p pThe USB Notebook Cooling Pad + 3-Port
Hub + 2.5" HDD is available now for $33. Live it up. [a

package/a as its foundation, but it has Xorg running on top of it. The distro is appropriately
named xwhiite. brbrThe package includes the necessary drivers, config, and apps to make the x
"magic" happen, in Bert Jan's words. Here are the release notes:brbrspan style="font-weight: bold;"
Features:/spanbrulli(almost) everything also in whiite linux (I stripped a few things to save some
space)/lili working Xorg, using a href="http://wii.qj.net/tags/nuvalo/15520" id="tag" title="Wii

title="a web browser"firefox/a)/lilia nice look amp; feel/liliuses less than 512M on disk/li/ulspan
style="font-weight: bold;" Installation instructions:/spanbrulli Just use the installation guide
for whiite as provided on gc-linux.org, but instead of the debian/whiite filesystem package, use my
package. Also make sure you use isobel's latest kernel (2.6.27b) instead of the stock one provided
in the kernel package./li/ul span style="font-weight: bold;" Notes:/spanbrulli The xorg config in
the package is set up for PAL 50 resolution by default (640x576). If you're on an NTSC wii, you
might need to change the modeline or resolution in /etc/xorg.conf to 640x480./liliCurrently only
usb LAN is supported. So if you want network connectivity, you'll have to use the Nintendo LAN
adapter or an other compatible usb network adapter/li/ulTo download the file, please follow the
source link below.brbrIn the same TehSkeen thread as the release of xwhiite, Wiibrew dev Muzer says
that "If you want more features or easier installation, wait for my distro." I assume he's talking
about his Wii Linux Miight project which was a title="Wii Linux Miight Full Beta 1: GUI, Wiimote
