Lorsque Pascal Wagner, gérant "franchisé" de six "espaces" SFR, s'est vu notifier la résiliation de son contrat par l'opérateur, sa société a déposé le bilan. Il a alors décidé de saisir les prud'hommes pour réclamer des dommages et intérêts pour licenciement sans cause réelle et sérieuse ainsi que divers avantages liés à sa qualité de "salarié déguisé". Débouté par le conseil de prud'hommes, le franchisé a obtenu gain de cause devant la cour d'appel de Paris. Dans sa décision rendue le 9 octobre 2008, la cour a condamné SFR à lui verser 123.744 euros. SFR envisage de se pourvoir en cassation. Les indépendants de SFR sont en train de disparaître au profit du propre réseau de salariés de l'opérateur, venus concurrencer les franchisés avec des enseignes identiques. Ce qui laisse augurer de nouveaux procès de la part des quelque 250 franchisés qui un jour ou l'autre fermeront leurs portes. Potentiellement, donc, ce sont des millions d'euros d'arriérés de salaires, de congés payés et d'indemnités diverses qui pourraient être réclamés à l'opérateur. Celui-ci a toutefois gagné face à l'un de ses franchisés devant la cour d'appel de Riom le 4 novembre dernier. Une quinzaine d'autres procès sont en cours dans plusieurs régions de France. Des actions pénales sur le terrain du "travail dissimulé" ne sont pas à exclure.

This is a pretty decent movie awarded by many film prizes also knows as “Elite Squad” in English, from the writer of another touching flick City of God. The audio is obviously Brazilian Portugese, but there are English and Spanish subtitles included in the release. The proper reason is wrong subtitles/audio in previous releases. Renal ammonium production and excretion are essential for net acid excretion under basal conditions and during metabolic acidosis. Ammonium is secreted into the urine by the collecting duct, a distal nephron segment where ammonium transport is believed to occur by non-ionic NH(3) diffusion coupled to H(+) secretion. Here we show that this process is largely dependent on the Rhesus factor Rhcg. Mice lacking Rhcg have abnormal urinary acidification due to impaired ammonium excretion on acid loading-a feature of distal renal tubular acidosis. In vitro microperfused collecting ducts of Rhcg(-/-) acid-loaded mice show reduced apical permeability to NH(3) and impaired transepithelial NH(3) transport. Furthermore, Rhcg is localized in epididymal epithelial cells and is required for normal fertility and epididymal fluid pH.
